Quadzilla Xzillaraider XZT? Sounds Like A Japanese Movie
So why would Quadzilla Diesel Performance name their chips the Xzillaraider and XZT and name themselves Quazilla? Because they want their name and chips to stick out like a seven foot tall man in china which could be compared to their chips do in the diesel performance aftermarket. In this article I will explain the difference between their chips and why those differences are important.
The first of their chips that I will talk about is the Quadzilla XZT. The XZT module is an economy diesel chip coming equipped with only one power setting. This one power setting is designed for those who need more towing power and added economy and it give approximately 65HP which will be slightly different on each application. This little module because of its technologically advanced inner workings is also able to deliver up to four miles per gallon increase in economy. This module connects with simple connectors that fit perfectly to the stock manufacturer cables on the vehicle it is attached to. The XZT has a built in oil temperature monitoring system and is able to keep exhaust gas temperatures down (these things are important to those who don't want to fry their engine because they haven't upgraded their restrictive exhaust).
The Quadzilla Xzillaraider differs from the XZT in several ways. One of the main differences is that the Xzillaraider has three power settings that can be adjusted on the fly (while driving) with a switch mounted inside the cab. The top setting gives up to 140HP and the Xzillaraider is also capable of giving a four mile per gallon gain as well. The Xzillaraider delivers its power by carefully altering three different parameters. 1) Fuel rail pressure, which puts more pressure against the injector nozzle which helps to atomize the fuel better and create a finer mist with the fuel so that the oxygen molecules can combine with the fuel and burn more of it, which in turn gives better economy and more power. 2) Injection timing, when adding more fuel, the time that the fuel is injected into the engine must be slightly altered to gain the full benefit of adding more fuel, so in most cases the fuel will be injected slightly sooner than it normally would. 3) Boost, to gain the most benefit from the added fueling, boost or the function of the turbo must also be enhanced to get the full gain of the other changes made. So by using a combination of the ways to enhance the power and economy of the diesel engine the Quadzilla Xzillaraider and XZT are able to deliver huge increases in power and large economy gains and still keep things like fuel rail pressures and other things within safe levels (helping avoid blown engines or ruptured fuel rail lines.
Quadzilla Diesel Performance also has the commander digital gauge to monitor the alterations that have been made to the engine to ensure continued driving enjoyment of the diesel truck.TheQuadzilla XZTand theQuadzilla Xzillaraiderpack a punch -Nathan Young

A Little Short Of Boats: The Fights At Ball's Bluff And Edward's Ferry, October 21-22, 1861 $18.95 To the victorious Confederates, it was the Battle of Leesburg. The badly beaten Federals named it for the imposing fortress-like rocky precipice on the northern side of the Potomac near Washington DC - Ball's Bluff. Fought three months to the day after First Manassas (Bull Run) and another in a long line of Federal defeats during the first year of the war - the battle was, as author James Morgan puts it, "a reconnaissance mission gone bad." Federal commander Gen. Charles P. Stone had planned a raid on a suspected Rebel camp, precipitating a skirmish between elements of his troops and those of Confederate Gen. Nathan "Shanks" Evans. As a series of skirmishes developed into a full-scale brawl involving some 1700 soldiers on each side, careless and costly decisions by one of Stone's commanders, Col. Edward D. Baker, led to Baker's death and a catastrophic finish, as hundreds of Union soldiers fell or threw themselves off the cliff. In the ensuing political uproar in the North, Stone became the convenient Federal scapegoat and his career was destroyed. A charter member of the volunteer Ball's Bluff guide group, Morgan, a former Marine, began to realize that the conventional battle narrative he and others were telling to visitors "just did not feel right." Further reading and more intensive study of the battlefield led him to delve deeply into primary materials to correct misconceptions and find the factual interpretation of events of this little and relatively unstudied battlefield. With the requisite keen understanding of the battlefield's terrain, Morgan has woven together a site-driven narrative in graceful style that is appropriately highlighted with participant's quotes.Featuring previously unused primary manuscript sources and a variety of first-hand accounts, this second volume in Ironclad's landmark Discovering Civil War America Series is highlighted by fine maps and numerous contemporary illustrations. A signature element of the series is the |
